TERMS OF SERVICE
GENERAL1. The artwork is for personal use only unless otherwise discussed prior.
2. I might post your finished commission on my socials. (unless asked to beforehand)
3. You cannot change, modify, edit, or use my works without my permission. Unless for icon, header, etc with proper credit
4. I reserve the right to decline any commission or client for any reason. I do not have to provide a reason why, but I will give notice.
5. I will refund you the total amount paid if I no longer wish/cannot work on your commission for any reason.
6. The art I create for you cannot be used for training an AI. Breaking this will result in blacklisting from me and possibly other artists. The same to be said for NFTs.
PROCESS7. Please provide references for the subject of your choice (previous drawings/poses/mood board.. etc.)8. I will provide 2 - 3 light sketches (after confirmed payment) to ensure the work will be as desired. After these sketches there will be updates such as Line Art / Color.9. Clients will have 2 potential adjustments BEFORE rendering. After this I will not change/redraw/add anything to the work.
PAYMENT10. Payments will be made through my Kofi or Vgen. (Paypal, Stripe, Cashapp).
11. I do not issue refunds unless a reason is issued. I will be communicating updates of the piece. But should an issue arise at any point notify me immediately.
